Construction Updates
Center for Technical Education and Innovation
Wenatchee Valley College’s new Center for Technical Education and Innovation (CTEI) will act as the campus's northern anchor. The facility is funded by a State of Washington capital budget allocation from the 2023-2025 biennium.
CTEI will feature agile learning spaces that will be highly adaptable to serve multiple
purposes. The approximately 84,000 square foot $44 million facility will will feature
specialty labs and training centers. The Center for Technical Education and Innovation
will serve as a hands-on learning facility for skilled trades programs, including
agriculture, automotive technology, computer technology, electronics and aerospace
electronics, environmental systems and refrigeration technology, industrial technology,
and more.
CTEI is scheduled for completion by Fall 2027. Demolition began in Spring 2025. Sexton
Hall parking lot will be closed for construction.
